How to make a domo.

We are not going to build just a toy construction, we are going to create multiple game possibilities with self-assemblable parts.

Experiment with 3D technologies to reimagine your own toy constructions. The workshop wants to introduce the participants in the world of digital manufacturing, so that they can discover an alternative in this technology to customize their own toy constructions, and also local production and collaborative work.

Part 1. Small Construction. To create a prototype of an imaginary construction.

       We will work the spacial vision studing the different elements of our  
       constructions. 

Part 2. Domo. In a collaborative way we will lift a domo in a real scale. The connectors

       has been made with different 3D printing of different makers. We study different  
       geometric shapes and the links of this can made a new shape.

I am MFA(Masters in Fine Art), MA (Masters in Education)

In the field of education I have a lot of experience with children, young and adults has art and visual education teacher in formal and non-formal education in various schools, Spanish and Art teacher in schools in the East Bay of San Francisco (CA, USA) and Spanish through cooking workshops instructor in Cardiff (UK).

last yeas I have been coordinating the activities program for children and young people in Medialab-Prado, a digital culture centre in Madrid (Spain). At the present time I work in education at the confluence between art, technology and gifted young people as teacher and coordinated activities as the programming club Coder Dojo.
