Digital Film Making
A Workshop by Prashant Pandit (prapandit), at Unconference
Abstract
Workshop is intended for uninitiated to moderately initiated folks. From “an idea to screen”, it intends to cover pre-production(scripting, preparation, etc), production (shooting), post-production (editing, sound, etc)
Main Description
Advent of digital technology tools has democratized the process of film-making (or should we say, video making?). The widespread notion is that, easily available tools like camera makes anyone a film-maker without the need to understand the whole process. However, the basics of cinematic art & craft is something that needs training & practice like any other discipline. Workshop intends to learn as informally as possible all the steps involved in a professional film-making project.
Speaker
