sva will be in Kolkata just for one night. Arriving 7pm at the airport the event will not be starting before 9pm, but can be ongoing all night long.

A hillhacks pre-event can be a lot of things.

• We could talk about how to establish a hacker-/makerspace in Kolkata, as we are planning for Chennai.

   * We can just have small [[http://crpytoparty.in|cryptoparty]] where we would be installing some software to have a more protected communication afterwards amongst us and our friends (them we will be installing the stuff then once we meet them next, too). As an example: There is "textsecure", an app for Android that works like WhatsApp, but includes crypto (OTR). That is installed in short time, and then can be used with whomever has it installed, too. 
   * We can talk about a web-we-want. Check out [[http://webwewant.org/|WebWeWant]] and/or [[http://youbroketheinternet.org|YouBrokeTheInternet]] for more! sva personally prefers a view on the web __and__ the internet, as the internet is much huger and provides much more. That would already be the first topic to speak about. 
   * Then it would be awesome to hear what you guys are working on: Give us a 5min so called "lightning talk" introduction on a topic you are currently working on or fascinated! This worked amazing e.g. in [[Mumbai]]
