Pre-events

Some small events in the bigger cities like the filmfestival does: sva can easily e.g. give talks on the worldwide hackerspaces and the EU/US hackerscene or other things like cryptoteaching or alternative networks and all that usual stuff. Hands-on workshops in addition would be truly amazing if time+place allow! In ideal it would be kinda short 5-10mins “lightning talks” of various people living on site + from sva (and others around), to cover the wide range of topics aimed for the hillhacks.

• inviting the people to come to hillhacks in October, give them a brief insight whats goona happen.
• giving people the possibility to kind-a attend hillhacks even if they aren't able to be on site in October

• Dec 2013, **Dharamshala**: having a “30C3 congress everywhere” in the hackerspace in rakkar:
